Shipping & Handling
Shipping & handling charges are fixed at $5.99 per package to anywhere in the world. Please note that to take advantage of our combined shipping charge, all items must be paid for in one payment. If payments are made separately for each item, we will not be able to combine the items.
U.S. Customers
A flat rate S&H fee of $5.99 per package will be charged for all U.S. destinations.
We consolidate all U.S. orders and ship via FedEx from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand to our office in Fort Worth, Texas, every Monday through Friday (except on national holidays). Individual orders will then be distributed via USPS First-Class mail. All orders must clear through U.S. Customs. Our U.S. agent will take full responsibility for U.S. duty & U.S. import taxes.
All orders shipped to any destination within the state of Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. For further clarification please contact: sales@thetiffellegroup.com
Customers outside of the U.S.
A flat S&H fee in the amount of $5.99 per package will be charged for all destinations outside of U.S. Your orders will be shipped via international registered mail directly from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand, with an exception that most of ‘HOT ITEMS’ will be shipped directly from Canada. Please note that shipments take approx. 2-3 weeks.
Other Shipping Options:
We also offer a number of express shipping options. You will be asked to select one of these options on the invoice you'll receive. Here are the available options:
FedEx Global Express at $35.99 (FREE Insurance), estimated delivery Time: 2-5 days, available to all destinations.
U.S. Customers: Your order will be shipped to you directly from Thailand via FedEx.
Non-U.S. Customers: Depending on your location, your order will be shipped to you directly from Thailand via either FedEx or EMS.
Please Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. Box. For faster processing of your order, please email us your street address if you select this option.
Consolidated Mail - Priority Mail at $15.99, estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 days. Your order will be consolidated and shipped via FedEx from Bangkok, Thailand to our Texas facility. Then it will be distributed from our facility to you via USPS Priority Mail. Available for U.S. Customers only
Insurance:
Our mandatory insurance policy costs a very reasonable $2.00 per increment of $50.00 spent.

We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information! If such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollar.
Return Policies
14-Day Money Back Guarantee & Our Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for refund (shipping/handling & insurance fees are non-refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us via email to: sales@thetiffellegroup.com within 24 hours after receiving the order. We shall acknowledge receipt by issuing a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) via email to you.
To return your purchase, please follow these steps:
1) Re-package the item along with all its parts in the box that it came in, or one appropriate for shipping.
2) Complete the back of your order summary and place it inside the box. You may wish to keep a copy for your records.
3) Please return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Insuring your return
Insurance protects you against theft or loss of the item you're returning. An insurance tracking number is required to verify that your order has been received by our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages that are returned without insurance.
Returning an item in person
Presently, we do not have the facility to accept in person returns. All returns must be mailed to the address listed above.
Please note: You must obtain the "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) before returning any item(s) and the returned item(s) must arrive to our Returns Facility no later than 14 days from obtaining the "RAN". Any returned item(s) without the "RAN" will not be accepted.
Refund Policies
It takes an average of fourteen business days from the day we receive the returned item to credit your account.
