At Tiffelle World Café, a division of The Tiffelle Group, our coffee is made from the finest convection roasted 100% Arabica gourmet coffee beans. We roast our beans, bag in small batch, and ship them all the same day to ensure maximum freshness!
All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Our goal is to ship your purchase the fastest and least expensive way. All the shipping charges quoted are for one destination only. Our shipping rates are as follows:
- FLAT RATE @$5.99 (one destination only)
- FREE SHIPPING when you purchase $75.00 or more
- Over 10 Pounds please contact us by E-mail: sales@thetiffellegroup.com
For shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii there is an additional charge of $15.00 because of the shipping distance.
For shipments going to all countries other than the U.S., please contact us by

RETURNS:

Damaged / Defective / Not as Ordered –
If coffee bean product is received damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us for return instructions immediately upon receipt of your package. All returns must be authorized in advance. Items must be returned UNUSED in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail sales@thetiffellegroup.com for authorization.
Other Returns –
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless damaged, defective, or not as ordered. No returns will be accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return authorization number (RAN). Returned items must be shipped by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 15% re-stocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of original ship date. Exchanged item(s) must be received first before replacement item(s) can be shipped. Please e-mail sales@thetiffellegroup.com for authorization.
