Damaged / Defective / Not as Ordered – If coffee bean product is received damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us for return instructions immediately upon receipt of your package. All returns must be authorized in advance. Items must be returned UNUSED in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail sales@thetiffellegroup.com for authorization.
Other Returns – Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless damaged, defective, or not as ordered. No returns will be accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return authorization number (RAN). Returned items must be shipped by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 15% re-stocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of original ship date. Exchanged item(s) must be received first before replacement item(s) can be shipped. Please e-mail sales@thetiffellegroup.com for authorization.
